In 2004, walking down the streets of Stockholm (or any other Swedish city) to find stylish, fashionable good-looking clothes made in a fair and sustainable way was not easy, if not to say, impossible.

The clothes I was looking for and wanted to wear, produced with the least effect on our earth by fairy treaded people was nowhere to be found.

After many trips to and within India JADU was created with the endeavour to produce and present stylish, yet functional sustainable garments in elegant and feminine Swedish designs to the Swedish fashion market.

JADU which means magic was chosen to summarise the course in which JADU garments are produced. The magic in relying on nature and humans who through centuries been using their skills and arts to create beautiful pattern and fabrics.

Today JADU have a number of collections released and will continue to work for and create new and attractive collections for women who is aware and unwilling to compromise on style, looks and quality.
